Pit Fiend and Rakshasa Rani

These two are probably my two favorite monster designs from Heroes of Might & Magic V, which has been my big time waster lately. Yes, all of the demons in the setting have useless, upside-down vestigial wings, or no wings at all. They're basically equivalent creatures from different houses (both un-upgraded level 6 monsters, which probably doesn't mean anything to anyone who doesn't play HOMM), although they work very differently in play.

I actually tried several poses for putting these two in a pic together, and this pose was the one that seemed most visually interesting.
